Cancellation depends on the order's status at that time. If the goods are in transit or have already been handed over to the shipping company, the store reserves the right not to accept cancellations.

Product Exchange or Claim

• Please check the product thoroughly before use or removing protective packaging.
• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please take photos of the product and provide your order number via the store's Inbox so that our staff can verify and confirm the claim.

Product Returns and Refunds

Generally, the store will process product exchanges instead of returns for refunds. Refunds will only be considered if the store shipped the wrong product or if the product is damaged. The store cannot provide a replacement item. Returns or refunds will only be processed after inspection and approval from the store.

The store reserves the right to consider exchanges, returns, and refunds based on the above terms and conditions.
